Overhead costs to new COPA char. (urgent)

Hi!

How can the overhead costs flow to the new copa characteristics.

The assessment cycles were defined and executed before creating the new char.

The overhead costs are flowing to the customers in the report, but for the new characteristics, only data from billing document is flowing after the realignment.

Iam assuming that when the assessment cycles were executed, there were no new char., thats why the overhead costs are not flowing to these new char.

Do I need to run the cycles, entering the new char. in the reciever segment for the data to flow ?.

Please suggest me a solution for this issue.

Thanks

Raj

Hi Raj

Yes, you can reverse the cycle, assign the new chrs in the cycles and re-execute the same.

Thanks for the super quick response.

There are 9 segments in the cycle and i need to add the new char.'s ( I've created 3 new char.) in each of the segments.

What exactly reversing the cycle mean?

Do I need to reverse the cycle for the whole of the periods which were run before and need to reexecute the same?..

Please suggest a Sol.

Thanks

Hi Sridhar,

Do I need to reverse the cycle for the whole of the periods which were run before and need to reexecute the same, for updating the overhead costs to the new COPA char?..

Thanks

Raj.

Only for those periods where you expect the new C'stics to appear.
