Good Day.!
We are unable to keep overall status of sales order as completed after applying reason for rejection for item category CTAD. Once applying reason for rejection sale order overall status has become “Not relevant” instead of” completed”. PFA attached document for reference.

Hi,
The status "Not Relevant" indicates that the sales order is not subject to any follow-up processing activities, such as delivery or billing. Thus, it is intended for the status of entirely rejected items (or orders where all items are fully rejected) to be set to "Not Relevant."
Conversely, the status "Complete" is assigned to items (or orders with such items) that are applicable for subsequent processing steps.
