Over Time -

On Call Duty

Policy: Depends on Days(Minimum 4 Hours can claim by employee)

Working day 1.25 x Basic

Holiday 2 x Basic

So how to maintain "On call duty " in system

Other OT WT we maintined in in 2010(negative time)

The best way I have found is to use time evaluation and an attendance type. When the attendance type is used, then apply the time recorded against a constant (guaranteed hours). You can also check the day to determine the wage type to send to payroll on the ZL

why cant you configure them in IT 2010 as other wage types?

But how the minimum 4 hrs for EE is working for 2 hrs and how to calculate this based on holiday or working day?
