Output ; Urgent

I have configuration for output controll very carefully.

now , once i run order and move to output preview system says" no output can be created"

please reply ASAP

Hi mahesh

do the following configuration in IMG

go to output type and create a condition table of sales orgn

assign that condition table to access sequence

assign the access sequence in output type details (BA00), and save it . maintain the procedure

assign that procedure to that output application (V10000)

Save it

Now create a condition record - VV11

and select the key combination (which is sales orgn), go to co

after creating condition record enter your sales orgn and partner function and select the communication method and enter the output device as LP01 and save the condition record

Now when you create a sales order VA01 automatically output will be coming when you click on that generate output icon

Hi SAP Guru,

i have followed all the steps.

still i am facing error like "output could not be issued"

plz help me

one clue is there: In communucation strategy processing time is seems yellow, though it should have been green.

so please reveal the concern.

Hi mahesh

If the indicator is in yellow means it is processing and green indicator is processed

. so i think there is nothing much to worry for the error you are getting

Check wheather you have assigned the access sequence in the output type

check the key combinations if you are doing at sales order level it is BA00. and if it is Billing then it is RD00

output type key combinations conditon record

BA00 sales orgn VV11

RD00 billing type VV31
