outlook integration causes problem in outlook

I have a customer who uses SAP 8.8 with MS outlook 10. Which causes some issue with outlook?

When you logoff SAP it does not shutdown one of the integration services (BO_Sync Exe) and when that happens you cannot open outlook it gives you error msg as soon as you stop that process and logoff from windows and log back on outlook work again.

I tested on some stations on most of them as soon as you logoff from SAP all outlook integration process shuts down but on couple of them it does not and it causes a problem with outlook.

Is there any setup issue? Or it's a MS outlook 10 is not compatible with SAP 8.8

Clear the Skype for Business cache.
Repair Microsoft Office and Apps.
Migrate to a higher Exchange Server.
Disable the creation of the “Skype for Business Contacts” folder.
Check if EWS and MAPI Status are ok.
Reinstall Skype for Business (SFB) Client

Hi Shawn,

Do you mean MS outlook 2010? There is no MS outlook 10 available.

It could be compatibility reason. Have you checked MS outlook 2003/2007?

Sorry yes it is MS outlook 2010, it is working okay on 2003 and 2007 but I have some 2010 and that works okay also only couple of them does not work.

Check what OS for those problematic clients. I am afraid it is user authorization issue.
