Outbound delivery with message error VL609

Hi,

I'm trying to post a goods issue by VL02N but I get the message error:

VL 609 10 Delivery has not yet been put away / picked (completely) 

Picking has been succesfully confirmed.

We don't have WM implementation.

Hi,

Have you searched in Google with that Error before posting here ?

Note : Check your delivery quantity and Picking Quantity is equal or not in VL02N.

Dear Sapper,

This has been discussed before on SCN, please see this thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/2153448

Check in VL02N if the Picked Qty is equal to Delivered Qty. They should be same.

It seems Picking quantity differs from Delivery quantity and hence the issue.  Both the columns should be unique.  Check and confirm.  By the way, have you searched the forum before posting as this error is often discussed here.

I searched on google, the reasons could be different, somebody talks about WM related issue but is not my case:

So, does the picking quantity should be the same of delivery quantity in VL02N ?

• Picking status B indicates, you have not fully picked delivery quantity.... Now if you have stock then make picking quantity equal to delivery quantity....
• In case stock is not complete and business allow partial delivery then reduce delivery quantity to the available stock for picking.
• In all the case picking and delivery quantity should be same.

at header level I can see the following in the picking view:

Pick. deadline    14.12.2012   00:00

OvrllPickStatus   B   Partially picked

OverallWMStatus       No WM trnsf ord reqd

Confirmation      C   Fully confirm PickRq

In processing view I can see:

Picking           B   Partially picked

WM Activities         No WM trnsf ord reqd

Confirmation      C   Fully confirm PickRq

Pack                  Packing not required

Goods Issue       A   Not yet started

Bill.Docs.            Not relev for bill

First of all tell me ,

Is Delivery Quantity is equal with Picking Quantity or not? in VL02N. This is important .If not equal ,It should be equal to Picking Quantity .
