Hello,
I have never raised a OSS request. Now we have an issue in production for which I would like raised with OSS. I have got a OSS id and password. Can anybody let me know the process for this?

With ur log in credentials.
Then on top u can see REPORT A PRODUCT ERROR.
Press this and this will take u another screen. From here u should be in a position to navigate urself. Yes for the first time it will be tough. I was so shy to ask and struggled all the way to find it out on my won.
