Organizational Assignment Default Date

Dear Gurus,

Any action if i do first come infotype 0000 action & Second is Organizational Assignment 0001, i Want Organizational Assignment ( IT0001 ) Start date is DEFAULT.

Mean IT 0001 Confirmation Action Start Date is 01.01.2009 to 31.12.9999

& IT 0002 ORG Start date is 01.01.2009 not Changelable to 31.12.9999

Using the Screen Modification section of IMG you can control this.

You can do Field validation

Go to se51

give Mpxxxx00

give screen number

and do the validations

Hi,

By Implementing BADI: HRPAD00INFTY you can make the start date field for infotype 0001 display only.

Organizational Assignment date is coming but i want this date is default, because in my client side users are change this date, which is wrong. Unnecessary action date & Org assignment record is mismatch

Hi Patil,

why you are trying to default the infotype 0001 date as default in action? the date should come through the action, why because if you are running the confirmation action for an employee the info type 0001 should delimit with the new date because the position may vary from probationary employee to confirmed employee so before the action first record with the old information and then new record will be created from the new action ran. this is the standard process to follow.
