Can any one tell me how to upload the org. chart in organization management.

we cannot upload org structure to SAP.
You can upload SAp to third party org charting tools like NAKISA.

org chart cant be uploaded. You will have to create your org structure, based on which you will be able to view the various stuctures or org chart.
