Order Status Problem

Dear All,

I have a problem while creating Delivery.

While I am creating Delivery with reference to Sales Order, I am getting an error message

Create Delivery not allowed (Sys. Status EXLS, Object VB0000008176000010)

In salesorder(8176) item status

System Status - REL EXLS NoMP

So Plz help me to solve the problem.

Dear Subramaniam,

This problem is related with Item in Sales Order.

Try to redetermine export licences, in to your Sales Order as the Error Sys. Status EXLS, is somewhat reletaed to Export.

VA02 --> Sales Order No. --> Extras (Menu-bar) --> Export License --> Redetermine

Note: Alternatively, Check with:

T. Code: VX22

Key-in Sales Order No. and select the item.

Go inside maintain legal data and save system will turn green indicator then u can create delivery.

This is due to import/export data missing in material master.
