Hi Sudheer,,

The new  interval you want to create is already contained within some other interval previously defined.

You have already one  group where the number range has been given with same range which are trying to create for new group. As your number range lies within this existing one you may not be allowed to create your own. Please check number range interval value which is not yet utilized.

Change the "To number" of the previous intervals.

Change the new interval you want to save and enter the actual range without overlap.

To check of the "availability" of number ranges, you might simulate its creation for previous, using the match code for field "From number"

Hi Sudheer,

Number range 70000000 to 79999999 is overlapping with your existing group interval.

If you want, you can use the existing group number assignment rather than creating new one to your order type. Like your group counter 11 which has not yet used. If you are not using group counter from 12 to 20 delete them and create new one as you want.

Or create new group counter as 20000000000 to 30000000000 and use the same.

Hi Sudheer,

Your new number range: 70.000.000 to 79.999.999 (I put the dots just for easier review) seems to be overlapped with the existing number range 18: 10.000.000 - 199.999.999. Maybe you set that range incorrectly.

There are two alternatives:

  • Set the new one from 700.000.000 to 799.999.999
  • Set the existing number from 10.000.000 - 19.999.999

Hi Sudheer k,

Its overlapping with group 18, So change "To Number 199999999 of group 18"  to 69999999 and now create no range as 70000000 to 79999999.

Hi Sudheer

As per your error you are creating the number range which is overlapping current number range, Once again cross check the existing number ranges. If there and it is not used change that number range to your intended in change.
