OPEN PO QTY IN PARTICULAR DATE

Hi Experts

I need to check the open qty of purchase order bcoz i have to upload the PO from old system to new system.

so i want to get the Open Purchase order qty from particular date say 1st april .

so that i can upload the same into new System with upload programme.

Hi Pankaj,

Use ME2N, and download 2 reports one with WE101 which will give the open PO quantity, also download with RECHNUNG to get open Invoices because you also need to Plan how such PO's have to be taken care.

Dear Pankaj,

Open transaction code ME2N give selection parameters as WE101, enter selection criteria you have and enter document date. You will get list of all open purchase orders on the patricular date.
