Dear Gurus, i'm facing a problem in a MTS scenario (NB: MTO can not be taken in account). Customer requirement is to manage a planned order for each requirement, even if  requirements have the same delivery date.

i.e:

01.04.2014 SimReq                  -1

01.04.2014 SimReq                 -3

After MRP run, i need:

01.04.2014        Planned Order                                              +1

01.04.2014        Panned Order                                               +3

Anyone can help me? Stefano

Hello Stefano,

It it's not MTO then for MTS your requirement can not be mapped. Clubbing the requirement on same day & creating one planned order against it, is SAP's standard behavior.

Refer note 550568 for more information on this.

May I know the reason behind this requirement of your client?

Hi Mangesh, thanks a lot for your answer. I will check the note. The task is to manage something similar to a MTO scenario in LTP analysis. Unfortunately, SAP can manage PIR (in MD61) for MTS production, and can use MS* transactions to plan. At the same time SAP can't manage in the same way Customer PIR (MD81). Stefano
