OINM vs OITL VS OIVL

Hi All,

I am creating a query report by using OINM table as a base, however i found out that there is no unique key to left join OITL and OIVL. I can only link by DocEntry , DocType and DocLineNum. However by this linkage will cause duplicate row data when i link to ITL1 table.

Does anyone have any idea on this?

Kind Regards,

Yiu Chern

OINM is a view, not a table any more.

OIVL is the actual inventory transaction log table. OINM is built based on OIVL, but linked with a lot of other tables to grab some useful info.

I have come across many such posts mentioning that OINM was a table in earlier versions, but now is changed to view.

Is there any way to update this view?

We faced a data corruption issue and somehow re-built and recovered the SQL DB.
While all financials are matching with other external records, Old physical inventory verification were performed again and reconciled, I found that my earlier queries based on OINM are producing weird results.

I suppose, if it is a view, we can rebuild it?
