Numbering series error

Hi Experts,

I have created lots of draft AR invoices in B1 2007A PL49.

I used an super user account to do same and retrieved it ealier for editing. This morning i tried accessing these drafts and the system tells me that "To generate this document, first define the numbering series in the Administration module".

I need a solution to this asap.

Hi John,

Check that you indeed have a series defined for the document and that the period indicator is the correct one, meaning the period indicator that is assigned to the current period is also assigned to the numbering series.

Yes, I have checked all of these. I am using the default Period indicator and same is linked to a ll posting periods.

I find it difficult to understand why am getting this error because i have not changed any of these settings since i setup the system.
