Not able to maintain number range in KANK tcode

hello people

In the KANK transaction while creating a new group iam not able to specify the number range. When i type the number range and press enter the number range screen goes blank. System is not showing any error. Its just that the typed number ranges disappear after pressing enter.

I have also attached a SS please go through it and kindly provide your input. After entering the number range. this is how the screen reacts.
