Not able to access cProjects from the browser

Hi All,

This is how I tried accessing cProjects.

After having got ECC 6.0 installed, I did the follwoing:

1) used transaction SE80

2) selected 'BSP Application'

3) gave the appication name 'cprojects'

4) went to 'pages with flow logic' and double clicked on "default.htm"

5) picked the URL from under 'properties' tab page

This URL, however, does not get me to access cProjects. Instead I get an error that I cannot access. What could be going wrong?

Thanks all...

Dear Bittu,

Check if you have done the <b>host file entries</b> and the <b>proxy settings</b>.

Open your host file in Notepad. [You will find it in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc folder]

It shhould conatin the IP address of your server and youe application hostname separated by a tab. [application hostname can be found in the cprojects URL which must be like http://<hostname>:<port>/sap/bc/bsp/sap/cprojects/default.htm];

Save this entry.

Now on your IE if you are using a proxy, you need to bypass proxy check for your URL.

Regards,

Reema.
