There is a missing configuration for special GL indicator Q. Check in FBKP, select account type K and Special GL Indicator Q. You need to assign an alternative GL Account for Recon A/c 1020.

T-Code -- FBKP

Account Type "K" and SGL Ind "Q" - Verify the Accounts maintained for the GL you choose.
