No processor in submitted documents on Verify General Journal Entries

Hello everyone!

I have a question regarding "Verify General Journal Entries" in Public Cloud. The problem is even workflow is created in "Manage Workflow"s app and the approval team is created in "Manage Teams and Responsibilities", when a document posted and has the status submitted, there seems no processor regarding the document.

• User A - Requestor
• User B - Processor

User A posts journal entry without error and document status shown as "Submitted" in Verify General Journal Entries app. 

And User A (requestor) has settings as following document refers:

And User B assigned to as Processor in "Manage Teams and Responsibilities" app as shown below:

User B has copied role of SAP_BR_MANAGER role as "My Inbox" app requires to have.

It's not quite the same problem with I have but when i check Work Items without Agents, i see these errors for the related document:

I could not be sure if it is related or further to do regarding this.

Hi Henrike, thank you for your answer. This problem has been solved though, i forgot to add it here. There was a mistake in workflow configuration, once it's solved, the problem has gone. Thanks for the helpful sharing again!
