No print or download option to user

Dear all

If we have provided Display authorization to some users in company.

For such user we want them to just display the original document and no possible option for them to download or print the original- is it possible ?

This would be difficult because they could still open the file and use the file save as function or the print function in the application they are opening it with. I.e. in MS Word or whatever the native application is.

To prevent this you would have to create PDF view files of each application which have print and save options disabled as well. Then you would also have to disable the copy to function in the SAP gui
