No open reservations found for production order

hi gurus 

i have transmitted a production order via msg type PPCC2PRETTICKET

however i received error msg "No open reservations found for production order.."

could you please advise me any config that i missed out to maintain that hit this error ?

Do you want to do the "Goods issue" for the production order, if yes, pls check if the "reservation" already finished the Goods issue, and you try to do the duplicated activity Via iDoc, so the system will show this message.

You can use CO03 to check the goods movements history.
