No gross surcharge in customer invoice on header level

Hello community

Our customer wants to have gross surcharge (for postage costs) at the header level in the customer invoices. The settings have been made so far in fine tuning, but the surcharge is still missing in the selection for pricing components.

Do you have any ideas?

Thank you very much.

Kind regards

Christine

Hi Christine,

Currently there are no surcharges available, which you can enter on header level, when gross pricing is used. The surcharges available are item based and can be displayed on the header level, but cannot be entered on header.

The additional surcharges, which are available in net pricing, are not available in gross pricing at this moment and would need to be implemented. My recommendation would be to open a new feature request on our influence site for ByDesign: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/886

You can use item level surcharges and display them on header level, as accumulated amount or you can use the gross freight price component more than one time to apply an extra surcharge.

Kind Regards,

Arthur

Hello Anant

Thank you for your answer. We already did this configuration but we need it for total display not on item level.

But it doesn't seem to work on totals display.

Kind regards

Christine
