No entry in table T71ADM08 for key - MSS Comp Planning Screen

Hi SAP Experts,

In MSS Compensation Planning Screen. we are getting error - 'No entry in table T71ADM08 for key' , 'There is an error in the customizing for the selected review'. Currently Compensation Review is coming as blank in MSS Planning screen.

We have checked our configurations it is correct. Strangely we get this error only in QA but not in DEV eventhough the configs are same in both systems DEV/QA.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Hi Sunny

Actually T71ADM08 is for setting the Review and the Budget will go against a Budget Type from T7PM3 for that specific review period. In your case i doubt whether Review visibility is flagged. kindly check the settings.

Check this link in the mean while as this defines the settings for Compensation Planning.

Thanks for your reply!

I've checked the configs , Review visibility is NOT flagged.

As soon as we click on Comp Planning in MSS, we get the above errors.

We get this error only in QA not in DEV even though configs are same.

Did you run the t-code PECM_PROCESS_SUPPORT for the Review year & org unit/structure that your MSS person is in?
