What happens if the automated post-upgrade test results cannot be found under "Analyze Automated Test Results" after a major release upgrade of my SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud edition system?
First approach would be to check/confirm if required consent had be provided. If not, post-upgrade tests can be triggered manually by customers.
