No absence quota type 1/13/31 on 06.10.2008

Hi,

While creating privilege leave from 06.10.2008 to 11.10.2008 for an employee, system throws the following error:

No absence quota type 1/13/31 on 06.10.2008, whereas absence quota for privilege leave is 32 and suffficient quota exists for the employee from 01.01.2008 to 31.12.2008.

Employee has transferred from personnel area xxxx on 01.04.2008. What could be the error?

Please check the ESG and PS grouping of your quota type.

The employee does not have an IT2006 record that is valid on 21.10.2008 for quota type 11.

The IT2006 record for quota type 11 that the employee does have is valid from 30.11.2006

29.11.2007the employee does not have an IT2006 record that is valid on 21.10.2008 for quota type 11

The IT2006 record for quota type 11 that the employee does have is valid from 30.11.2006 29.11.2007

1. please check if the employee is entitiled for the entitlement. if not, remove it or delimit it.

2. if you are not able to find that out or no documentation exists please delete the entries in 2006 and run the time evaluation, you will get only the relevant quota types created.

Hi Rajesh,

Are you sure that quota was generaated.This could be one problem.But you are saying that 32 leaves are there

Have you used it taking leaves.

Checkv_554S_Q where you assign the counting rule to your absence type and check whether you have flagged Quota Deduction

make sure that the RPTQTA00 is run live in order to accrue the quota. check the rules again for PL. Is this an issue with one employee only? check for othr pernr.

1 is esg grouping'

13 is psg grouping

31 is quota type.

No absence quota mean, there is no leaves for deducting the quota. For that you need to do test run for that quota.
