New info structure creation error

Hello All,

I am trying to create a new infrastructure with the transaction code mc21.Where I have copied one existing infrastructure (s710) and created a new one S998.Now when I try to generate this infostructure it is giving a message -

Activation was interrupted

Message no. VK709

My requirement is that I want to create a new infrastructure where I want to change one Characteristics field of the S710 infostructure.But I am not able to go ahead as infrastructure is not activated.Can any one have any idea in to this problem?

Check for valid combination of key characteristics. Refer also ERROR  While genration info structure | SCN
