NEU external send error with automatically send

Hello to all, I have an issue with a NEU message in POs using 5 external send and 4 automatically send.

I have configured this NEUM (copy of NEU) this way:

in MN04 I did configured for ZMAP and ZCMO PO doc types, both the same config:

Now, the ZMAP PO type has a release strategy, so after the PO is released this message is sent automatically, this works fine, the message gets green light and the vendor receives the email correctly. the problem that I have is with ZCMO doc type, this one do not have any release strategy so once the PO is created then the message is automatically created but after saving the message becomes with red light.

I cannot get the error and since both docs types are created by a JOB via ME59N then ZCMO type is not automatically sent....the ZMAP yes but after released.

Any suggestion?

Now its working, I have changed the time dispatch to 1 (JOB) then I created a Job to run

RSNAST00 program using a variant for dispatch time 1 and the message code and it works fine.
