Hi,

Check the “vendor” you are entering in the Purchase Order is assigned to schema group of vendor or not , If not assign in XK02 and again try creating PO.

Hi,

Use T.code: SU3 , in the default tab there's a decimal notation, please change accordingly you want your decimal notation and log off System. Now log on and check again.
