Name and address of employer in Form 16

Hi All,

My client has got 6 personnel areas like Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore etc under one company code. Addresses for each personnel areas have been maintained in the enterprise structure. If it is required to display 6 different addresses for 6 different personnel areas on Form 16, how should I go about it? However, employer name will be one.

Dear rajesh,

We too faced the same problem, and to overcome it first answr the following questions

Are you using the standard program for getting Form 16, if yes

are you choosing PDF format or SAp Script

If PDF the address data picked up will be company address, if you have not implemented BADI for getting the data from T500P.

even if you have implemented BADI, which support pack are you on?

there are numerous notes related to Form 16 till SP 44 (if you are on ECC6)

Now choose SAP Script, and you should be able to see the address PA wise also the data p[icked up is only certain fields, hence the data will have to maintained accordingly.

check for all of the above and you can get back to me in case you still have an issue.

I have applied notes related to employer address. After that, it displays address as per personnel area.

Hi,

Maintain same employer name and different addresses for different PSAs in the enterprise structure.

while define the Personal areas

it will ask for details of the adrrress there u have to mention so that it will get reflected in Form 16

Addresses for each personnel areas have been entered. Still, it does not feature personnel area wise.

Rather, the address is fetched from company code and is applicable to all the units. Anything else to do.

It should be mapped with personnel areas. If personnel area is delhi then form should show delhi adress.

or Wait for experts.

HI,

Form 16 is a legal document issued by the company.

Hence it will display the Company Name.

However if (ask Finance Team) you want to display Personnel Area then ask the ABAPER to fetch the values from the table T500P.

Hi,

As per the standard SAP Program related to Form 16

It is written to PIck the data of Company code of the First Employee which comes in the process...

So, if you have Different Personal Areas under one company code... then you will get the data of the Company code it self that to of the first Employee data which comes under processing.
