Nakisa OrgChart Iview Error - Your session has timed out

Hi Experts,

we have Nakisa Org Chart:

Name : OrgChart

Product Version : 3.0

Build Version : 5.1.40.1

We have completed all of the installation configuration in the Manager.aspx. including the connections to the SAP-HR backend.

We have configured the Portal Iviews.

When we try to run Org Chart Iview from SAP Portal, in the window which opens we get this error:

Your session has timed out. This page will redirect in

and then this:

Login Failed. Either you are trying to access the application outside of portal. Or the Portal issued

ticket is rejected or expired.

and in the Nakisa Log we get this:

8/29/2011 2:02 PM: ERROR: Sap Authentication : Source {SAP.Connector}: Message {An attempt was

made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)}

Does anyone know how to solve this issue ?

Thank you and kind regards,

Petr.

Hi Petr,

You are running version STVN2.1 it seems (3.0 is the internal version number and doesn't align with SAP's version numbers).

This can be caused by a few different things:

1. You are running the application on a 64-bit server without 32-bit mode enabled in IIS

2. You have the 32-bit SSO DLLs files when you need 64-bit, or vice-versa

3. You have the wrong version of librfc32.dll

4. A combination of 1 & 3 or all of the above

Please see these Wiki articles on 64-bit and SSO to see if they help you:

[https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPHCM/Liveinstallationona64bitenvironment]

[https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPHCM/SAPSSOAuthenticationwithverify.pseusingSAPSSOEXT]

Please let us know if you are using 64-bit and I can try and provide some details to check or enable 32-bit mode.

Best regards,

Luke

Hi Luke,

exactly thank you.

We have 64 bit Windows Server.

I have connected up the Web Services Extensions, ASP.Net and ASP.Net 32bit to what I think is their respective binaries,

eg:

ASP.NET v2.0.50727 -> Framework64 - v2.0.50727 - ASPNET_ISAPI.dll

ASP.NET v2.0.50727 (32-bit) -> Framework - v2.0.50727 - ASPNET_ISAPI.dll

Please give your feedback.

Thank you and kind regards,

Petr.

Hi Petr,

Can you check what version and what size librfc32.dll is (in the Bin directory)? The version and file size you should use is 6206.6.1248.4183 with a file size of approximately 7.4 MB.

Is the status of ASP.NET version 2.0.50727 (32-bit) is set to Allowed in the Web service extension list in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager? If not you need to enable 32-bit mode. Let me know and I can instructions if required.

Best regards,

Luke

Hi Luke,

Web Services are all set to Allowed.

For the librfc32.dll....

we have

version 6403.3.78.4732

and size is about 4.9mb

Where can I get the one you mention ?

Thank you and kind regards,

Petr.

Hi Petr,

You have the default (32-bit) version of librfc32.dll. You should be able to get the version you need from Service Marketplace.

Good luck!
