I want to build custom fiori client which will items from My Inbox application and sent as push notification to S4Hana Cloud. Please suggest possible solution / where I should start on this.
This sounds like a humongous task as it requires a bunch of steps to follow and I wouldn't know if this possibility is available via the S4HANA Cloud, because during this process I foresee some challenges which you might have to work through an SAP Incident.

Even after i configure cloud connector, i could not able to access catalog service or any other odata service. Any other idea how can we proceed forward on this?
Unfortunately, there is no way to debug in a cloud system. One thing I may try to work out is calling the OData URL(created out of Communication Arrangement) in an incognito browser to confirm if the URL is fetching me the desired output, if yes then I would proceed with an SAP ticket. If the OData URL is running into an error, then I will revisit the S4HANA Cloud setting in the Communication Management.
