Mutiple change from REL status to TECO

Hi! PP gurus,

I have multiple RELEASED & CONFIRMED production orders, which are delivered. Now I want to do TECO because with out TECO based material is showing reflection in MD04.

Dear Das,

If the order is delivered, that means the delivery completed tick in the order header-goods recipt tab,

Is it available in the production order? please check and come back.

Once it delivered this production order will not be available in MD04.

You can just check one production order - make it TECO manually in CO02...and check- are you getting any error...

Dear Rajesha,

I have multiple no. of Production Order which has confirmed but not made TECO. I know to do TECO for single order. Now I am looking to do Mass processing for TECO because a huge no. of production order in system.

If any suggestion u have then pl. assist me for mass processing to make TECO.

You can use tcode co44 and select complete technically

I have made selection problem, after going through proper selection, that has worked. Thanks for ur reply. I will give u reward points.

Now my question is some order is showing "reprocessing record". But, I have checked that the order is not processing. Pl. explain why this message is giving?

As also, after execution of CO44/ CORM, those orders are not processing for TECO. For this reason, I am looking for answer.

In COHV

Proceed as below

list = order header\

profile -std profile

selection tab

enter the plant

system status = CNF and DLV

mass processing tab

function = 220 -technically complete

no of process - maximum 99

Execute - background or online as you desaire

first - T - test run then E - Execute anc change data

Now execute

Inside the report

select all line item

menu path

Mass processing -->execute

It will give the message or log that process is done.

You can do mass processing of production orders teco in tcode co44.

I have gone through CO44, where I entered particular order no. and clicked on "completed technically", but after execution, not getting any desired result. The particular order is not transforming to TECO status from REL status.

Looking for some other answer.

Pl. suggest me.

Hi,

You can see the production orders based on status in t.code coois.

Then you can do TECO for the orders which doesn't have TECO status

Use COHV or CORM to do TECO (for mass processing of orders)
