Multiple Higher line items in Order

Hi,

I have requirement to create order with multiple higher level item.

Example

Item no.     Item Category    High Level Item

10             A                     

20             B                       10

30             A                         

40             B                       10

Currently I am getting error Table T184 - No Customization maintained.  

How to achieve this, Kindly help.

what are your item categories for A and B maintained in the master?And also your configuration for item  category determination?

Both belongs to same Gen item category group - NORM 

Product A

Gen item category group - NORM

Product B

Gen item category group - NORM   

item category group - NORM

Assign item category - Customizing 

Docu Type     item category group    HLevel Cat   DfItcat
