Hi Ppl,
I have a table in the second screen of Compensation management. There is a button 'Personalize' clicking on which will open up options to add/remove columns. Issue is the fields are getting displayed as input disabled.
i mean i cannot check the checkbox to add or remove them like we usually get in tables.
Any idea how to enable the personalization of Column data fields option?

Check the Object & Data Provider settings for the ECMSALADJ Column Group.. I'm guessing all the Coumns are either set to 'Do not display' or 'Invisible'..
You can get it thru' IMG or SM31 ( V_TWPC_ACOL )

Do you have any idea on the following requirement:
I need to filter ineligible employees from the compensation management screen. Am not sure how this can be achieved fro the backend side. But i attempted to filter from portal side but failed. So the requirement is still on and am still trying to find out how this can be achieved but fail. If you have any info on this, do let me know.
