MRS- Automatic assignment of person not working

Hi

Kindly check the attachemnet for the IMG settings and the profile.

We have tried several options but still the person is not assigned automatically, or it is assigned to the same person.

We are using MRS 900

Created order with requirement profile which matches one of the resource

but in the planning board resources is not automatically assigned eventhogh the availability and qualification is matching. when i tried to manual trigger of automatic assignment it throws an error saying partner is not available

Hello

There Might be RFC issue.Due to this RFC issue requirement profile which matches one of the resource not getting automatically assigned as they may look in HR System instead of MRS .Please check Table /MRS/D_BAS_REQ.

In the table /MRSS/D_BAS_REQQ i can able to see the demands. Also i can able to see the required qualification against the demand in MRS planning board

Please Give a try by running report /MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF for qulifications.

Also please check whether Personnel number status,validity period,or Multiple status active in HR Master.

As you can see the screen shot attached all the qualification specified in HR in transferred into MRS, while executing the suitable resources ,the analysis is done correctly. but when i execute the automatic assignment it shows PARTNER IS NOT AVAILABLE

yes i checked with another work center also , but the same result. Also we are using the higher support package for MRS so i think the specified note will not work i think

Could you please check configuration--> Activate 1:1 Relationship of Assignments and Demands for Order

and Unmark the check box for requested work order type.

As per SAP help "Self-planning is a special form of automatic assignment creation. Through the implementation of an exit (method CHECK_SELF_PLAN in BAdI /MRSS/RAC_SEARCH_ALG), the system identifies that this function is carried out. In this case, a special search strategy entry for resource determination is used."

Could you please explore in this front.

Yes i agree on this , this SELF  Plan is used when we are not using the standard part, ie the procedure used for automatic assignment . i have raised the issue to SAP also
