MRP PR does not exist.

Hello Experts,

I have issue here in PR case which is created from MRP and converted to PO also but when I am checking that PR it is saying that PR not available in SAP.Above is the message. This is available in Table as well as in PO but can not check via ME53N or any ways.Let me know if I get any clue from  you all what exactly the issue here.

Hello

Could you please have a look on the input you are giving while taking the MRP run.

Please note that if you are using the Planning mode as "3" in MD01/ MD02/ MD03 , than system will delete the MRP PRs (Not marked as firmed) and create the new PRs automatically.

You can avoid this by using different Planning Mode

Dear Sir ;

Please execute ME52N transaction code and enter the PR number and select the item and go the the Quantities and dates and check the  "FIX-ID " repeat this for all Item .

Read the KBA, if you have no access then ask a colleague to download it for you. It is all explained there. You will never get this PR back, you can only take action that such does not happen in future again.

Yes I have access and read also. Below is the solution:

"you should set fixed "Ind flag" ON (EBAN-FIXKZ),this will prevent that the requisitions deleted in following MRP runs."

please guide me how to set this in SAP.

you are saying the requisition is in table EBAN but ME53N does only show this message 06407?

Can you confirm.

had you already tried by double clicking the PR number in the PO?

Have you already done an authorization check?

See,This PR not available in EBAN but available in EKPO table,

Yes I tried in PO by double clicking on the PR number, same message is coming.

.I can not find this PR by using ME53N.No authorization issue here ,same type of PR I am able to access without any issue.

it got deleted with the next MRP run since it was not fixed, see KBA 1998671 - Purchase requisitions deleted from table EBAN
