MRP on Service stock items

Hi,

I see it's possible to run MRP on service stock items.

But SAP doesn't seem to take the quantity of these items in the service order into account when running MRP. 

Is this the way of working?

Hello Frank,

Do you know if this anything that is on the Road Map ?

I am having very same problem on our implementation of Cloud ES.

I mean when we speak about stock item for Service Order it definatelly should create the reservation/requirement to be able to plan Material availability through MRP and mitigate possible shortages on storage locations.
