MRP Backward scheduling

Hi Friends

I am working with my client, here MRP they have Backward scheduling, My problem here is.Backward scheduling is not working for My FG material.

FG has one SFG component and this SFG has one ROH component..

If i created PIR for this FG on this day 16.03.09.

ROH Purc.Requ is creating as per my 2 days GR proceTime and 1 day Dly time.

My SFG is starts on 19.03.09. having one day inhouse prd time,

whereas my FG has one day In-house prd time., But it starts on today itself, 16.03.09.Actually it has to start on 20.03.09.

Pl help in me where the config missing

Hi

While running MRP in MD02 screen kindly check whats is the input in for Scheduling.

1-->Basic dates will be determined for planned orders

2-->Lead time scheduling and capacity planning

If you have given scheduling as 1, the dates will be taken from Material master(In house production days +Schedling margin key days), if you have selected 2 then the exact timings you have defined in rounting will be considered.

Dear,

For this you have to maintain 2 settings.

1)In OPPQ - Plant parameters maintain the indicator for start date in the past allow

2) In OPU3 for your plant & order type , maintain the no. of days for start date in the past.

If i select that in OPPQ, ie start date in past.Then i can't do Forward scheduling..

Am i Right?
