if i want to change the price system is giving following error:

A current or future standard price exists for material 5324-2934-00

Message no. CKPRCH025

Diagnosis

A current or future cost estimate exists.

Procedure

You can set the price of a marked cost estimate through the radio button 'Default Planned Prices' and release it by saving.

how can we resolve this issue

Hi,

System is specifying that a Price is already exists in the current period. To resolve your issue either you have two options :

1. Maintain the price for the next period i.e future may be 02 2009.

2. Delete the existing price and re-create the price with the latest one.

In T.Code CKR1 Give

Comp. Code

Plant

Material

Select radio button current std cost Estimates.Click test run and execute

If this is perfect come back unclick the test run and execute again with same selcetion data entered.

Then you can change the price in MR21 and you will be able to change the price.
