Kindly suggest how to run MPS for multiple items & multi level.

Use T-code MD41 for MPS single item multilevel but it will plans only those material which are comes under MPS and proper BOM must be defined.
MPS run for Multiple Items can be Done using Product Group. List all the Material and Create a Product Group. Run MPS for the Product Group.
Multiple Level Run can be done only if there is Bom.
