Moving Average Price control

Hello,

We are currently migrating to SAP, part of the migrating is taking over the inventory values for materials. Most of the material types will have a price control "Moving Average". However, for a considerable amount of materials the current price is missing. Besides manual enrichment, has anyone ever encountered this situation and had a more time efficient approach to this problem?

Hello @mikesap04 

You don't really need to maintain moving average price when migrating material master. Moving average prices will be calculated automatically when you migrate opening stock with material movement type 561 and provide stock values:
