Monthly Utilization error - J2IUN

I am new to excise area. I am stuck with an error. When the user does the excise monthly utilization using J2IUN transaction, the system is showing the following message :

" No Accounts found for plant AB3900. "

How to resolve this issue ?

Dear,

Exicse GL determination is set up under Logistics-General>Tax on goods movement>India>Account Determination>Specify G/L Accounts per Excise Transaction

Here GL are assinged based on excise gorup and excise group is always assigned to plant. So check all necessary account are maintained here for the excise gorup used for this plant.

You have given a general suggestion which makes me confused from where to tackle the issue. Can you please be little more spefic as to which is the transaction type for J2IUN utilization and where the transaction groups are assigned to the plant ?

UTLZ is transaction type for J2IUN and excise gorup is maintained for plant under Maintain Excise Groups

Hi

I see the following settings:

UTLZ is configured under EX Group 16 and the excise group is assigned to the required plant.

The user is trying to utilize the SSE. I think the accounting entry at the time of utilizing the SSE is :

Cenvat Payable Dr.

SSE Cenvat Cr.

PLA Onhold Cr.

Is the above is correct ?

If this is the case, i do not find any GL account given under PLA On hold for this excise group and transaction. Is that the cause of this error ?

PLA on Hold is not debited here but PLA account is. But try putting this.........and check

PLA accounts are already maintained.

In the message I typed one error :

No accounts found for Plant IEQ 5200

I dont understand what is this IEQ ?

Hi Deepak,

I got the same problem while using J2IUN, but I resloved now. Please keep Sub Transacation Type Blank , it will work for sure.

I am also facing the problem as above "No accounts found for plant IEQP001 ,Message no. 8I080". P001 is the plant. Please let me know where did i was missing.
