Mobility Premium figures not correct

Hi All,

It has been the second time that the information of trips relevant for mobility premium which I performed after the migration to the cloud have vanished . That is quite irritating. I will make sure to check it on a daily basis in January as it would be quite annoying if the payout would not happen.  I opened an incident last time and it got resolved. But now it's the second time. I find that rather strange. Has anybody ever encountered the same issue?

the intention of this community is to discuss the standard CfTE functionality, best practices etc.


To discuss the functionality that has been developed by SAP IT (i.e. Mobility Premium) and the system set-up of the SAP internal CfTE system, please contact TRAVELdirect or use the SAP internal JAM group.
