Missing status error for retrieving archived network activities

For archived projects (PS_PROJECT), I am getting the error of missing status object for network and activities in CN47N even after selecting appropriate data archive file. same error message encountered for CN41N.

No issue encountered to display archived project structure in CJ20N, CN42N, CN43N.

Can someone share some insights on how to fix this issue?

Hi, You may have to check the details of the error message (along with error number) - which you can see in the long text. That would help to identify the problem.

The error message is, BS001: No Status object exists for NWA XXXX.

This error message indicates that system could not find record in JEST for the object number.

As per archiving job completion log, JEST records are archived but the report is not able to retrieve them.

You can also check in tcode CN80 and select Retrieval button. Now input the project/network detail. This may show the detail. Specify the correct archive session number..

Also check with Status selection profile, where you can filter data according to system/user status combination..
