Missing Service codes in the Purchase REquisition

Hi Experts,

In our system, usually users have to maintain service codes in service tab as a mandatory field in the purchase requisition.

But, there are couple of PRs in the system where service codes that were entered but not updated once after PR is saved. The Service tab is empty

Pls let me how to overcome this issue.

Hi,

Check the change logs in PR.You may know why it is disappeared or if any person has deleted manually.

Better to shortclose the PR and create a new one and then assign proper required service code in PR itself ,this will help you to convert the PO then.

Hi,

Service tab is normally activated in PR when user selects item category-D ,Check PR status for the same, if the Item category-D not found then ammend the PR accordingly.

Or

If service code is not entered in service tabs ,then delete the wrongly created line item then create a new line item with proper service code.

It is service PR with item category "D". But unfortunately the entered service code not appearing in PR once it is saved. So due to that cannot convert PR into PO.

This is the first time you are doing PR for those service masters?

Please check service category might have wrongly put while creating service master..
