missing regional in condition records

hello gurus

i have problem with Missing Regional data in Condition Records pls tell me how to solve the problem

steps

enter the IN and execute

its going to next screen there am maintained 25 regional for west bengal . its accepting but

pls tell me the solution

maintain the regions in customising in the global settings. It should be under netweaver if you are using ecc5.0 or higher. Then maintain your condition records

we have already maintain the netvewer genaral setting

we are faceing the problem in condition recordes ( disply regional )
