hello

Please make the following settings in OPJJ:

Here for the combination of your availability check (e.g. 01, 02) and availability rule (e.g.01,PP) in the 'In/Outward movements' tab don't select 'incl. Purchase orders, incl.purchase requisition' if u want material availability check for semi finished material.

So when u'll create production order for semi finished material and click on availability check it will show u Missing parts warning.

basically the idea is of considering the stock/receipts for particular material in availability check.

So in ur case apply these settings to material SF and create prod order(manually or through MD04).

Check n revert back

Also Please make the following settings in OPJK:

For release:

No check : Not marked

Status check: marked

Checking material availability when saving order: marked

Cheking rule : PP

Component check type: ATP

Release material : 3 No release if parts are missing

Please check n revert back,

thanks,

Sudhakar

Dear

This can be set at Order Control in OPJK .

You can goto OPJK-Select order type , plant and indicator 1(Availablity Check ) -Here Do not mark No Check check box and Mark material availablity check while saving .Keep the Collective Conversion indicator as 1-User decides based on if material is missing parts .

Refer : http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ESpackages/ATP%2bCheck?bc=true

Check in OPJK for order type and plant combination. what is maintained in the field Availability. Check is it 1 or 2 ? change it to 2 if it is 1.

Now try and revert
