migration jobs in S/4HANA Cloud troubleshooting

Hi SAP

we are working with S/4HANA Cloud systems. We are wondering how "stuck" or long running jobs need to be troubleshooted in the cloud.

For example below note for on premise: is there anything similar for the CLOUD or how jobs are troubleshooted in the cloud system?

For the S/4HANA world, all the job configurations are done by the customer/partner and there should be some guidelines required to troubleshoot them to identify the problems. For S/4HANA Cloud Public Editions, SAP is taking care of all the job settings for Migration and currently there are no mechanisms to troubleshoot such jobs. Customers can able to see the jobs in the monitoring tab and also able to see the job logs. You may need to create incidents if you found any anomaly in the job executions. But you can look at the below links for additional reference if there is a query in general.
