Migo error

Hi Friends,

We are facing one problem,while doing MIGO(with out po) transaction sysyem display this error"Cost element 191100 does not exit in chart of accounts INT''

Here the account 191100 is a gr/ir clearing a/c and it is b/s a/c . It has been assigned to wrx in obyc also . I checked this has not been created as a cost element. We cannot also create as it is b/s a/c.

Please give me reply ASAP.

Hi,

GR/IR is a balance sheet account. It cannot be created as a cost element. Check the setting made in the GL master data.

Hi,..Check out the following settings...

1. 191100...whether it is created at both coa level and cocd level.

2. If created at both the levels.... check out whether the gl is assigned to pl type or balance sheet type.

3. then try MIGO.
