Dear all,
While creating master inspection characteristics , on first screen itself , there are 2 tabs , one is inspection methods and other is control indicators. Whether both tabs perform same function or they differ ?
regards,
Hi rohit
inspection methods : Means How to carry out Inspection. This is created by T code: QS31.
Inspection method can have document created in CV01n
This Information will be available during result recording to inspector.
While control indicators :are the controlling feature for a char depending on Qualitative or a Quantitative.
this will actually control data of a char like Long tem or short term ,fixed scope or not.defect recording against a char is possible or not.this is required char or not.sampling procedure needed or not.
Such controls are maintained in control indicator
so both serves different puropose.
control indicator is madatory but Method is Not.
Regards
Sujit
